- Monitoring of the state of natural complexes: assessment of damage to the landscapes of the Kharkiv region in cooperation with the Rohan community and Kharkiv University, within the framework of the Initiative for the Development of Environmental Policy and Advocacy in Ukraine of the International Renaissance Foundation, expert opinions on land use and environmental conflicts within the floodplain of the Yezuch River (1023 hectares)
- Open environmental data: updating data on the state of protected areas by means of remote sensing within Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, on the boundaries of protected areas based on OpenStreetMap, on eroded lands and sinkholes based on the GeoSpace portal (KNU), on fires and burns, on clear-cutting, on the state of biodiversity (4000+ updates)
- Legislative approximation: analysis and development of proposals for updating laws and other regulatory acts: on protected areas, on environmental protection, on the procedure for maintaining the cadastre of protected areas, on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the state system of environmental monitoring, information on the state of the environment and information support for environmental management (50%+ proposals taken into account) and derivative spatial services
- Internships: bachelors and masters of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Faculties of Ecology, Biology, Geography), O. M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy (Department of Urban Ecology), 15+ students successfully completed the basic internship on managing information environmental projects
